Working Internship

Joe’s Working Internship is designed for those seeking a career in horse training. Internships are 3 months long. This is an unpaid, work-to-learn internship. Internship can be accepted for a credit hour with collegiate approval. Interns will work side-by-side with Joe and his team, learning all aspects of training; working cow horse, reining, ranch riding, working young horses and more. As this is a working internship, participants will be expected to perform other duties on the ranch including warming up horses, grooming, assisting with barn duties and additional ranch work.
